Frequently asked questions

Is my deposit refundable? No, however we will happily find another date to accommodate you.

How does a party run? We usually recommend two hours. Balloon animals on arrival whilst all the guest arrive and then entertainment all in the first hour. We will then break for the food, in that time all the children will receive a glitter tattoo and once they have eaten we will do the birthday cake. We recommend giving them the birthday cake to take home so we can carry on with the games, eating and entertainment will take up the last hour.

How long should I hire the hall for? We say at least 30 minutes either side of the party to set up and clear away. Plus our entertainer will need at least 30 mins to set up and pack down.

How many children can I have at the party? We recommend max 30 per one entertainer to conduct a party safely and under control fun manner. Anymore and you will require another entertainer. This also means extra props etc for the party so it is important we know the number of guests so we can accommodate the games prior to the party. Please bare in mind a lot of parents turn up with siblings and don’t tell you beforehand, this can hold up our entertainer regarding balloon animals glitter tattoos etc.

How much space will I need? The more adaquant space the better, don’t forget a lot of parents to stay and bring siblings, in this instance you need to bare in mind the amount of noise 30 adults all talking can create and distract our children from the party.

However we do recommend children under 3 have a parent present.

Some parents choose to have the party at home, but please bear in mind there may not be room for the large parachute games, which is always a favourite. Please clear away any toys and possible breakages beforehand.

What date and time are you available? We like to book 11-1pm (or earlier) or 3-5pm (or later) sat-sun or holidays. Anytime during the week

Please check a date with us before you book the hall. You must pay your deposit to secure your booking.
